Job summary

Boston Medical Center (BMC) seeks an experienced Radiology Operations Manager to oversee daily technical operations for CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology and more. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across the department.

The manager will partner with the Director of Radiology to develop policies, manage budgets, and drive performance improvements while supporting clinical work as needed by the clinic.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a related field required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a hospital setting.
• ARRT certification and MA radiology license (or eligible) required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily technical operations across all imaging modalities.
• Supervises lead technologists and scheduling staff; coordinates staff meetings.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission, DPH, NRC, MWRA; maintains records and policies.
