Job summary

Middlesex Health is seeking a Radiology Coordinator to supervise imaging services in our Urgent Care setting. You will coordinate daily operations, ensure quality control, mentor staff, and interface with the Radiology Department to keep practices up to date.

The ideal candidate will hold ARRT certification/eligibility, graduate from a JRCERT radiography program, and bring leadership experience with a strong focus on patient care and teamwork. Connecticut licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT accredited Radiography program.
• ARRT Certification/Eligible in good standing.
• State of Connecticut License/Eligible.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years experience as Radiologic Technologist preferred.
• Leadership experience coaching staff and scheduling preferred.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee daily imaging operations in Urgent Care.
• Mentor staff and students; provide coaching and training as needed.
• Perform QC and QA checks; coordinate machine maintenance.
• Record errors/incidents and liaise between Radiology and Urgent Care.
• Perform a wide range of imaging procedures; uphold morale and teamwork.
