Intermountain Health is seeking an Imaging Coordinator II to support the Imaging service line, overseeing NM/PET, MRI, and CT. Based at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, CO, the role leads frontline caregivers to ensure safety, quality, and engagement.

The position emphasizes leadership, hiring, training, and cross-functional collaboration within a large imaging department. The role requires ARRT/ARDMS certification, state radiology licensure if required, and BLS.

Qualificações

• Professional Clinical Certification/Registration (e.g., ARRT, ARDMS)
• Current state Rad Tech License (if required for clinical discipline)
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures patient, caregiver, and guest safety and satisfaction in accordance with existing principles and standards.
• Ensures provision of high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic Imaging services in an operationally effective and efficient manner.
• Promotes caregiver engagement and team initiatives.
• Assists in hiring, orienting, training, staffing, retaining, evaluating, and motivating competent engaged caregivers.
• Maintains positive relationships within the department and facility including other departments, Radiologists, referring physicians, and customers.
• Early adopter, exemplar, implementer, super user, problem solver, champion, and idea generator.
