Intermountain Health is seeking an Imaging Coordinator II to strengthen our imaging service line at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado. This full‑time role supports the imaging team across NM/PET, MRI and CT, coordinating daily operations to ensure safety, quality and patient satisfaction.

You will lead frontline caregivers, assist in staffing, training and mentoring, promote engagement, and maintain strong relationships with radiologists, referring physicians and other departments.

Qualificações

• Professional Clinical Certification/Registration, i.e.; ARRT, ARDMS, etc.
• Current state Rad Tech License (if required for clinical discipline)
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated imaging technologist experience

Responsabilidades

• Ensures patient, caregiver, and guest safety and satisfaction in accordance with existing principles and standards.
• Ensures provision of high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic Imaging services in an operationally effective and efficient manner.
• Promotes caregiver engagement and team initiatives. Assists in hiring, orienting, training, staffing, retaining, evaluating, and motivating competent engaged caregivers.
• Maintains positive relationships within the department and facility including other departments, Radiologists, referring physicians, and customers.
• Early adopter, exemplar, implementer, super user, problem solver, champion, and idea generator.
