Qualifications

• Professional Clinical Certification/Registration (ARRT/ARDMS).
• Current state Rad Tech License (if required for clinical discipline).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated imaging technologist experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures patient, caregiver, and guest safety and satisfaction in accordance with existing principles and standards.
• Ensures provision of high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic Imaging services in an operationally effective and efficient manner.
• Promotes caregiver engagement and team initiatives; assists in hiring, orienting, training, staffing, retaining, evaluating, and motivating competent engaged caregivers.
• Maintains positive relationships within the department and facility including other departments, Radiologists, referring physicians, and customers.
• Early adopter, exemplar, implementer, super user, problem solver, champion, and idea generator.
