Williamson Health is seeking an Assistant Director for multi-modality imaging to oversee daily operations, safety, and quality across radiology, MRI, CT, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine. The role ensures efficient patient care, staff leadership, and regulatory compliance in a high-volume hospital setting.

Competenze

• Earned a Radiologic Technology diploma or degree; must be in CE compliance.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in a hospital with all imaging modalities.

Mansioni

• Lead daily imaging operations across hospital and outpatient services to ensure safe, efficient, timely patient care.
• Maintain appropriate leadership coverage and oversight; anticipate and resolve routine operational issues.
• Hold employees accountable for performance, attendance, professionalism, and policy compliance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce utilization to meet patient care needs.
• Communicate with the Director, staff, physicians, and other departments; escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across radiation, MRI, and infection prevention practices.
• Deliver patient-centered service; monitor access, wait times, and service quality.
• Monitor overtime, supplies, and equipment utilization to optimize costs.
• Support equipment availability, maintenance coordination, and technology implementation.
• Foster staff development, competency, and leadership, plus cross-training and succession planning.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and conflict resolution across modalities.
• Track performance indicators and drive continuous improvement projects.
