Job summary

Anderson Hospital is seeking an Imaging Services Supervisor to provide leadership and supervision for the Radiology Department. The role coordinates with the Department Director to ensure quality patient care and efficient digital imaging operations, overseeing staff and ensuring compliance with policies.

The position requires ARRT certification, IEMA licensing as applicable, and at least three years of clinical imaging experience, with CT or MRI preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiological Sciences required (AMA approved).
• Must be ARRT registered and IEMA licensed if applicable.
• 3 years of practical imaging experience in a clinical setting; CT or MRI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to imaging staff in coordination with Department Director.
• Oversee multimodality departmental operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate imaging staff; manage staffing and scheduling.
• Maintain equipment function and participate in PACS training for staff.
• Coordinate with physicians and other departments to ensure timely patient flow and accurate reporting.
