Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital seeks an experienced leader to supervise daily operations across MRI, CT, interventional radiology, and mammography services. You will guide technologists, align with nursing and radiology leadership, and drive high-quality patient care in a high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of supervision in radiology, relevant licensure, and a strong focus on operational excellence and regulatory compliance in a Magnet-designated academic environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or trade school equivalency in radiology.
• 2-5 years of radiology supervision experience.
• Licensure and certifications listed in the qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of MRI, CT, IR or Mammography departments.
• Hire, train, assign work, evaluate performance and support professional development.
• Monitor resources to maximize productivity and patient outcomes.
• Coordinate with physicians and nursing leadership to support operations.
• Ensure readiness for regulatory inspections (TJC, State, ACR, ICCS).
