• Prior administrative or coordination experience in scheduling, facility operations, or health system support.
• Strong software proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook for report generation and data tracking.
• Flexible, part-time / per diem schedule based on fluctuating departmental demands.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between RWJBarnabas Health facilities as required.
• Background in healthcare administration, biomedical engineering, or imaging services preferred.
• Experience navigating CMMS or technical equipment logs.

Responsibilities

• Prepares preventive maintenance schedules for complex imaging equipment and minimizes disruption to patient workflows.
• Operates maintenance tracking systems and CMMS software to ensure accurate documentation.
• Assists vendors and biomedical teams during inspections and servicing by coordinating activities.
• Sets up equipment logs and compliance files following Joint Commission guidelines and handles related documentation.
• Monitors equipment downtime metrics and reports changes to department leadership.
• Uses inventory software and Excel to enter serial numbers and retrieve maintenance histories.
• Collaborates with leadership, clinical staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
