Job summary

University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston is seeking an Image Library Representative to support imaging operations by digitizing, uploading, and distributing outside imaging studies for clinical use.

The role requires handling confidential patient information, collaborating with care teams, and maintaining imaging records with various systems while supporting imaging workflows and patient care needs. It includes benefits and on-site work with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting medical imaging workflows and customer service in healthcare.
• Familiarity with imaging systems and image management required.
• CPAS certification preferred; otherwise align with position requirements.

Responsibilities

• Upload and digitize imaging studies into PACS for interpretation and storage.
• Access PACS storage and copy images to CDs or other media.
• Use imaging software and workflows to transfer images between media types.
• Evaluate and format outside imaging studies for clinical use.
• Coordinate mammography film hanging protocols for radiologist evaluations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care centers to support imaging workflows.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of patient information.
