Job summary

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking an Imaging Research Specialist to support quantitative imaging analytics and clinical research imaging for investigators across the institution. The role works within the Quantitative Imaging Analysis Core to ensure data quality and contribute to imaging workflows.

The ideal candidate has education and experience in quantitative imaging analysis, clinical research imaging, and data handling, with collaboration across multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, physics, medical imaging or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in medical imaging or medical sciences.
• Experience in imaging aspects of clinical trials and oncology imaging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Quantitative Imaging Analytics in research studies and clinical trials.
• Coordinate imaging data collection, processing and analysis.
• Maintain records of imaging analyses and study findings.
• Collaborate with faculty, physicians and staff on imaging workflows.
