Sectra in the United States is seeking an Application Specialist with a strong IT and clinical training background to join our Customer Operations team. You will train healthcare professionals on Sectra applications, deliver go-live support, and tailor training to each customer, helping optimize imaging workflows.

The role requires extensive imaging experience (MRI, CT, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Breast Imaging), excellent communication, and the ability to mentor peers.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years as an imaging technologist (CT, MRI, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Breast Imaging).
• Experience leading or managing a team in a clinical setting.
• In-depth knowledge of PACS systems and healthcare interoperability standards.

Aufgaben

• Conduct workflow analysis and customize training for each customer.
• Plan, schedule, and deliver web-based and on-site training for healthcare professionals.
• Provide remote diagnostic support for technical and clinical challenges.
• Organize go-live support for new customers to ensure a smooth transition.
• Foster relationships with internal teams and customers to uphold Sectra’s image.
