Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline with an information technology focus.
• Eight years of successful experience in implementing IT multi-project activities, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• PMP and PROSCI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicates program information to stakeholders across the organization utilizing agreed upon channels and timelines.
• Leads program-related meetings with authority and gains consensus on outcomes and goals.
• Coaches operational leaders on PMO standards for operational projects.
• Plans, organizes and coordinates related IT projects and programs to obtain identified strategic goals. Ensures outcomes match agreed upon customer expectations and outcomes.
• Reviews inter-related projects to determine priority, time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project. Determines staffing requirements, and allotment of available department resources.
