Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a project manager to oversee logistics, planning, delivery, and installation of imaging equipment (MR, CT, X-ray) across multiple modalities. You will build relationships with key accounts, develop pre-construction plans, and drive revenue by coordinating with facilities, architects, engineers and Siemens teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years of complex project management in healthcare settings, strong communication, and CAD/blueprint reading capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience.
• 1–3+ years of complex project management experience; managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Construction in healthcare environments preferred (electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings; CAD knowledge preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, planning, delivery, and installations for imaging equipment (MR, CT, X-ray) across all modalities.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key accounts; drive revenue through pre-construction plans, estimates, and schedules.
• Monitor construction progress; coordinate with facilities, architects, engineers; manage delivery and installation per customer schedule.
• Communicate project status, scope changes, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend presales meetings with Sales Account Executives and support customer relationships as required.
• Consult with customers to optimize equipment layouts and clinical workflows; incorporate into drawings and plans.
• Visit project sites to obtain measurements, procure cost estimates, and review electrical and construction requirements.
