Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking an Imaging Informatics Solutions Specialist to join its Customer Success team. The role blends imaging informatics, cloud infrastructure, automation, and customer success to implement and optimize enterprise imaging analytics in healthcare settings.

You'll partner with hospital IT and clinical stakeholders to solve challenges, improve imaging workflows, and maximize technology value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with healthcare imaging systems and standards (PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7).
• Experience supporting technical implementations or customer-facing healthcare technology environments.
• Familiarity with Python and SQL for automation and data workflows.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Terraform; APIs and SAML SSO understanding.

Responsibilities

• Imaging Informatics, cloud infrastructure, and automation work in client environments.
• Support imaging workflow integrations and interoperability with hospital IT teams.
• Configure SAML SSO, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Build and maintain automated reporting and analytics workflows.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer infrastructure and data integrity.
