Motion Recruitment is seeking an Imaging Informatics Solutions Specialist to join its Customer Success team. This customer-facing role blends imaging informatics with cloud technologies, automation, and enterprise integrations to implement and optimize imaging analytics solutions in healthcare environments.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in PACS/RIS/DICOM/HL7, Python and SQL, and hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Terraform, and SAML SSO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with healthcare imaging systems (PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7).
• Experience supporting technical implementations or customer-facing healthcare tech environments.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for automation and data workflows.

This customer-facing technical role combines imaging informatics, cloud technologies, automation, and customer success, supporting the implementation, integration, optimization, and ongoing success of enterprise imaging analytics solutions within complex healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will partner with hospital IT teams and clinical stakeholders to solve technical challenges, improve imaging workflows, and help customers maximize the value of their technology investments.

• Experience with healthcare imaging systems and standards including PACS, RIS, DICOM, and HL7.
• Experience supporting technical implementations, integrations, or customer-facing healthcare technology environments.
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL for automation, reporting, and data workflows.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Terraform.
• Experience with SAML SSO, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with hospital IT teams, PACS administrators, and clinical stakeholders.
