Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Tarrytown, NY seeks a Manager of Imaging Informatics to maintain and enhance the imaging informatics tools and data pipelines used across Clinical Imaging, Data Management and Biostatistics.

You will develop new automation, standardize to CDISC, support QA, and collaborate with IT and imaging vendors to deliver analysis-ready datasets and reproducible results. Experience with Python/SQL, imaging data standards, and a track record of end-to-end tool ownership is

Qualifications

• BS with 5+ years, MS with 3+ years, or PhD in imaging science, biomedical engineering, computer science, data science or a related field.
• Hands-on programming ability in Python and SQL and practical experience building and maintaining relational databases.
• Working knowledge of medical imaging fundamentals, including DICOM, image formats, modalities and analysis software, and demonstrated experience performing quantitative image analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain imaging informatics tools and analytical pipeline, including monitoring dataflows and scheduled jobs, user access and support, upgrades and issue resolution.
• Maintain clinical imaging databases and data pipelines, including routine loading of vendor imaging-derived data, standardization to CDISC conventions, QC and reconciliation, and query support for study teams.
• Develop new tools, scripts and automations that reduce manual effort in imaging operations, such as reconciliation of expected versus received deliverables, read progress tracking and assembly of analysis-ready datasets.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Management, Biostatistics and imaging vendors to troubleshoot dataflow issues and support evaluation of new imaging platforms and AI tools.
