Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Clinical Imaging Operations to drive imaging start-up activities and oversee vendor performance across multiple trials.

You will ensure high-quality image acquisition, data integrity, and compliance with imaging procedures in collaboration with study teams. The role requires a BA/BS and 3+ years of clinical trial experience with a focus on imaging; experience with site start-up logistics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of clinical imaging and familiarity with imaging vendor processes.
• BA/BS degree and 3+ years of clinical trial experience; imaging focus preferred.
• Regulatory inspection experience is not required but would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical study leads and cross-functional teams to manage imaging start-up activities, including vendor selection and timeline management.
• Oversee external imaging vendors at the study level to support data delivery and milestones.
• Author, review, and manage imaging study documents to ensure audit-readiness and TMF filing.
• Provide training and support to site personnel, and review training materials for imaging facilities.
• Track imaging progress and resolve issues with study teams, sites, and imaging CROs.
