You should have a BS with 5+ years, MS 3+ years or PhD in a related field, strong Python/SQL skills, and experience with DICOM and imaging analytics in a regulated setting.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on programming in Python and SQL and practical experience building relational databases.
• BS/MS/PhD in imaging science, biomedical engineering, CS, data science or related field.
• Knowledge of DICOM, imaging formats and analysis software.
• Experience supporting clinical trial imaging in regulated environments is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and support imaging informatics tools and analytical pipeline.
• Manage clinical imaging databases, data pipelines and QC.
• Develop new tools and automations to reduce manual effort.
• Execute quantitative image analysis workflows and deliver reproducible results.
• Author documentation for tools, requirements and testing.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Management and vendors to troubleshoot dataflows.
