Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals seeks a Manager, Imaging Informatics to maintain, support and enhance imaging informatics tools and pipelines. You will ingest, standardize, manage, analyze and visualize clinical imaging data and develop new tools as needs grow.

You will work with Clinical Imaging, Data Management, Biostatistics and IT to ensure reliable, analysis-ready data and scalable workflows for oncology and ophthalmology initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS with 5+ years, MS with 3+ years, or PhD in imaging science, biomedical engineering, computer science, data science or a related field.
• Hands-on programming in Python and SQL; experience building and maintaining relational databases.
• Working knowledge of DICOM, image formats, modalities and analysis software; experience with quantitative image analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support imaging informatics tools and analytical pipeline; monitor dataflows, jobs, user access and issue resolution.
• Maintain clinical imaging databases and data pipelines; standardize to internal/CDISC conventions; support QC and study team queries.
• Develop tools, scripts, and automations to reduce manual effort in imaging operations; track read progress and assemble analysis-ready datasets.
• Execute and adapt quantitative image analysis workflows (segmentation, registration, derived measurements) and deliver reproducible results.
• Author and maintain documentation for tools, including requirements, specs, testing records and user guides.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Management, Biostatistics and imaging vendors to troubleshoot dataflow issues and evaluate new imaging platforms and AI tools.
