Job summary
MLK Community Healthcare in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Senior PACS Administrator / Imaging Informaticist / Enterprise Imaging Architect to own the design, integrity, and evolution of the enterprise imaging environment. This senior role combines hands-on system architecture with clinical workflow expertise to support radiology, cardiology, and IR across hospital and MOB sites.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health informatics or related field; 8+ years PACS/imaging informatics in hospital.
- Deep knowledge of DICOM/HL7/IHE profiles; Cerner imaging integration experience.
- Experience leading major PACS or VNA migrations and cross‑organizational imaging workflows.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize enterprise imaging architecture across Visage and Fuji platforms.
- Lead Visage PACS/VNA migration and ensure downtime is minimized.
- Engineer integrations between imaging platforms, Cerner, RIS/worklists, and VNA.
- Serve as Tier III escalation for imaging system incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with radiology, IT, and partner organizations to resolve cross‑boundary issues.
