Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer II to service MR/CT imaging equipment in the Boise, ID area. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance with minimal supervision, plus delivering training to operators for optimal system performance.

You will manage territory financials, inventory, and company assets while building strong customer and peer relationships. This union role requires strong technical and service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing MR/CT imaging equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Ability to establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers, and perform administrative duties accurately.
• Experience testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment.
• General understanding of the principles of electricity, power supplies, and grounding.

Responsibilities

• Servicing MR/CT imaging equipment in Boise, ID area.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and train operators to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage financial performance within territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management.
• Manage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc.
• Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.
