Job summary

Imperial Imaging Technology, based in Marietta, GA, seeks a Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair diagnostic imaging equipment across hospitals and clinics. You will troubleshoot, train staff, and ensure compliance with safety standards, while maintaining strong customer relations and documentation.

Candidates should have electronics training or equivalent, and 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Requires electronics background and hands-on maintenance experience.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage installations and service calls for imaging equipment.
• Maintain and repair X-ray, ultrasound, CT, and other imaging systems.
• Troubleshoot to ensure safety, efficiency, and specifications.
• Train medical staff on proper use and maintenance.
• Maintain CRM updates and reporting on progress.
