Job summary

nGenium is seeking an Imaging Engineer in Atlanta to install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair CT and MRI systems. You will verify performance, support regulatory compliance, manage parts inventory, and nurture customer relationships while traveling as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, effective documentation practices, and can work independently with clinical staff and service teams to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience servicing medical imaging equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, installation, calibration, and repair across multiple imaging modalities.
• Associate degree in electronics, engineering technology, or equivalent experience, or a recognized biomedical certification.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, networking, and computer hardware diagnostics.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Role Overview:

The Imaging Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and verifying the performance of a wide range of medical imaging equipment. Supported modalities include CT and MRI systems. This role also supports regulatory compliance, inventory management, customer relationships, and occasional travel as business needs require

Key Requirements:
