Job summary

NXC Imaging is a service provider of capital diagnostic imaging equipment, actively seeking a mid-level Field Service Engineer for the Duluth, MN area. You will install, troubleshoot, calibrate, and perform preventative maintenance at customer sites in a field-based role.

The ideal candidate has a two-year degree or certificate in electronic technology, at least three years of related experience, and strong customer relations, with willingness to travel and work off-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Two-year post-secondary degree or certificate in electronic technology or equivalent training.
• Minimum of three years work experience, preferably in digital imaging field or experience in a specific modality.
• Experience servicing diagnostic imaging equipment is preferred, CT experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install diagnostic imaging equipment effectively and efficiently.
• Assist/perform preventive maintenance and calibrations per equipment specifications and standards.
• Interact with customers to identify customer issues/needs, maintaining excellent customer relations.
• Properly troubleshoot, diagnose and service multiple products in one or more modalities.
• Provide accurate and timely service reports, part orders, part returns, timecards, and expense reports and all other required reports.
• Respond to colleagues in a timely manner with ordinary courtesy; maintain frequent contact with manager to present information or recommendations.
