Job summary

NXC Imaging is seeking a mid-level Field Service Engineer in the Duluth, MN area to install, troubleshoot, calibrate, and complete preventative maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites.

This field-based role requires strong technical skills, customer focus, and willingness to travel to sites. A two-year degree and at least three years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years work experience, preferably in digital imaging field or a specific modality.
• Experience servicing diagnostic imaging equipment is preferred; CT experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install diagnostic imaging equipment at client sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations per equipment specifications.
• Troubleshoot and service multiple imaging modalities.
• Provide accurate service reports, part orders, and timesheets.
• Interact with customers to identify issues and maintain relations.
• Travel to customer sites and respond to calls as needed.
