Job summary

Renovo Solutions seeks a Biomedical Equipment Technician to service and calibrate clinical equipment and diagnostic imaging systems in a hospital setting. You will troubleshoot, install, and document work in RenovoLive CMMS, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in a related field and at least 3 years of hands-on experience, with strong problem‑solving, communication, and customer-service skills. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Biomedical Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience servicing medical equipment in hospital/clinical setting
• Basic Level I/II Imaging Equipment Service Training preferred
• Proficient with electromechanical devices, diagnostic imaging equipment and service software

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate general biomedical equipment and imaging systems
• Installations, incoming inspections, performance assurance, and planned maintenance
• Interpret signal flow using schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic software
• Document work in RenovoLive CMMS
• Assist with major repairs in collaboration with senior technicians
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance in hospital environments
