Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Kansas City is seeking a Service Engineer to install, service, maintain and modify Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites. You will be the face of Siemens to the customer and support diagnostics modalities with potential cross-training into other modalities.

This field-based, customer-facing role requires flexibility for different shifts, on-call rotations, overtime as needed, and reporting to the Regional Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with service tools and test equipment; ability to work solo or in a team.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Office tools and essential network applications.
• 3–5+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer for diagnostic instruments.

Responsibilities

• Service, install, maintain, and modify Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Be the face of Siemens to the customer and maintain strong relationships.
• Support diagnostics modalities with potential cross-training into other modalities.
• Flexible with shifts and on-call rotations; overtime as required.
• Report to the Regional Service Manager at Siemens Medical Solutions.
