Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with service test equipment and tools; able to work solo or in a team.
• Proficiency with network applications and tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Engineer Tools).
• 3+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Valid driver's license with ability to drive day and night and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service MR/CT imaging equipment in the Albuquerque, NM area.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Deliver timely repairs and operator training to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage territory financial performance, including revenue generation, expense control and inventory management.
• Manage company assets including company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers and perform administrative duties accurately.
