Cassling is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit hospitals and healthcare partners within the Lincoln, NE area, installing, maintaining and repairing Siemens Healthineers imaging systems plus select third-party equipment. The role starts with hands-on learning from a senior engineer and emphasizes Cassling’s service-first approach, response time, and customer care.

Candidates should have a two-year electronics degree (or equivalent) and may bring medical imaging field service experience.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in electronics or equivalent
• Medical imaging field service experience is preferred
• Proficient with hand tools and mechanical tasks
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Able to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals and healthcare partners within service territory
• Install, maintain and repair Siemens Healthineers imaging systems and select third‑party equipment
• Perform periodic maintenance inspections per manufacturer specifications
• Complete installation, maintenance, service and parts documentation
• Travel to sites in company-provided vehicle; some international training may be required
• Be on-call at set intervals for downtime support
• Collaborate with service and sales management to anticipate future needs
