Job summary

TRIMEDX is seeking a skilled biomedical imaging technician to repair, calibrate, and verify complex imaging systems and restore reliability to patient care. You will lead regulatory accuracy on radiation outputs and documentation, while acting as the technical voice for clinicians during critical real-time decisions.

The role requires 3+ years in imaging equipment maintenance, strong PC skills, a 2-year electronics degree or biomedical certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting imaging equipment.
• Strong computer skills: interpreting error codes, diagnostics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel) and networking.
• Valid driver’s license; travel as needed.
• 2-year technical/electronics degree or TRIMEDX/Biomedical certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair, calibrate, and verify complex imaging systems to restore confidence in scans.
• Lead regulatory accuracy for radiation outputs, documentation, and database integrity.
• Be the technical voice clinicians rely on when equipment performance affects real-time decisions.
• Mentor others, guide vendors, and keep inventory tight so equipment stays up and running.
