Job summary

SRI International's Center for Advanced Imaging in Princeton, NJ seeks a fall co-op to configure and run lab equipment, measure electro-optic performance of cameras and sensors, document procedures, and develop simple LabVIEW controls. You will gain hands-on experience with CCD/CMOS imaging sensors and EO test equipment in an academic-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Current Stevens Institute of Technology student eligible for fall co-op.
• Working toward a BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Due to government requirements candidates must be a US Citizen.
• Familiar with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators.
• Previous experience in a laboratory environment.
• Strong PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and run laboratory equipment to measure Electro-Optic performance of cameras/sensors.
• Document test procedures and compile test data for review.
• Write simple LabVIEW control programs and learn about CCD/CMOS imaging sensors.
