Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Department Manager for Medical City Dallas to lead departmental operations in alignment with the hospital mission and goals. You will identify efficient systems, manage resources, and build strong relationships with patients, physicians, employees and vendors to support outstanding care.

The role requires ARRT-R radiography, MRT Texas certification, and at least five years of supervisory experience, with preference for a Bachelor's degree and experience in budgeting

Qualifications

• ARRT-R Radiography is required.
• MRT in the State of Texas is required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years' supervisory experience in the specialty area.
• Experience with budgeting, capital, business planning, physician relations and management of supervisory positions is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all departmental functions in support of the hospital's mission, vision and goals.
• Identify cost-effective systems to support department operations considering trends and resources.
• Establish effective relationships with patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to meet facility objectives and drive continuous improvement.
