Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking a Radiology Manager to plan, coordinate, supervise and staff radiology departments, ensuring high clinical quality and patient satisfaction. The role oversees daily operations and budgeting, driving efficiency and a positive team culture.

You will lead a diverse team of technologists and support staff, foster collaboration with physicians, and implement value-based improvements to patient care and service delivery. On-site position in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Approved Training Program in Imaging.
• CPR license.
• TDH license.
• Radiology credentials (ARRT, NMTCB, ARDMS, etc.).
• Minimum of five (5) years broad experience within the field of Radiology including appropriate superior administrative aspects.
• Minimum 2-5 years direct management experience to include daily operations, budget management including productivity.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Positive role model for staff, students and other heal care professionals.
• Use of value management techniques for improvement/cost savings.
