Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with six years' experience or Master’s with four years' experience.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field preferred; publication record in ML/DL or digital pathology is a plus.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and validate AI/ML workflows for pathology data.

Responsibilities

• Apply, validate AI/ML and computer vision approaches to support histopathological endpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design analytic strategies for tissue endpoints and biomarkers.
• Curate large imaging datasets for project analyses and model training/adaptation.
• Contribute to data management and workflow improvements for scalable pathology analyses.
• Communicate findings clearly through reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Lead projects from planning to delivery with robust documentation.
