Job summary

MetaSource is seeking a Document Data Entry and Image QC Clerk to handle fast-paced clerical work, preparing documents for image review and data entry.

The role involves entering data from various media, performing quality checks, and following established procedures to meet output and quality targets. Training wage starts at $12.00/hour with performance reviews every 90 days increasing to $13.00/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training accepted.
• Basic computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Observes safety and security procedures and reports hazards.

Responsibilities

• Enter data from different media into various platforms.
• Perform image and data quality control.
• Follow work processes to ensure output quality and process integrity.
• Stay updated on training and changes to procedures.
• Meet output requirements as defined by team lead or supervisor.
• Ensure scanners and processing tools operate correctly.
