Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. seeks a Clin Apps Specialist to lead the final implementation and training for CMSU modalities at customer sites. You will work with physicians, nurses, and technologists to maximize proficiency and satisfaction with CMSU products and services.

The role requires a radiologic technology background, clinical experience, and ARRT certifications. A driver’s license is required to access various facilities and deliver mid-course updates to the team.

Qualifications

  • 2-year/associate degree in Radiologic Technology for the modality.
  • 5 years of clinical experience at a hospital or imaging center.
  • Modality-specific ARRT certifications per modality supported.

Responsibilities

  • Be the project manager for the final step in the implementation of a CMSU diagnostic imaging modality at each location.
  • Develop the training plan and manage the training for doctors, nurses, and technologists to maximize utilization of CMSU products and services.
  • Consult with physicians and clinicians on workflow, image acquisition, protocols, and image quality to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Determine whether client needs additional training or development and prepare it as needed.
  • Maintain contact as the clinical liaison for CMSU at each facility for follow-up and training needs.
