Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist (CT) to lead the final implementation training for CMSU imaging modalities at client sites.

You will coordinate with doctors, nurses, and technologists to maximize proficiency and satisfaction with CMSU products and services. The role requires strong project management, clinical training delivery, and continuous collaboration with physicians, clinicians, and service engineers to ensure optimal workflow and image

Qualifications

  • 2 Year / associate's degree Radiologic Technologist in the specific modality.
  • 5 years Clinical experience at a hospital or imaging center.

Responsibilities

  • Be the project manager for the final step in the implementation of a CMSU diagnostic imaging modality at each location.
  • Develop the training plan and manage the training process for doctors, nurses, and technologists at each location.
  • Consult with physicians and clinicians regarding best clinical practices to maximize customer satisfaction with CMSU products and services.
  • Determine whether client needs additional training or development and prepare training as determined by need.
  • Maintain contact as the clinical contact person for CMSU at each facility for follow-up and training needs.
  • Complete site reports documenting daily training details.
  • Provide Pre/Post Communications for internal and external customers.
  • Maintain technical and clinical proficiency.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems affecting system performance and image quality.
  • Escalate unresolved issues pertaining to system performance and image quality.
  • Work with service engineers as needed.
  • Complete Alerts and PCR when applicable.
  • Provide mid-week updates to Applications Management and local Canon Team.
