Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in healthcare with management experience and radiology exposure, plus strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to support patient satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in a healthcare setting with management responsibilities.
• Experience in radiology environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and delivery of quality care.
• Oversee and manage center operations and staffing.
• Assess staffing levels and initiate cross-training.
• Improve operational performance and implement best practices.
• Facilitate physician referrals and coordinate with marketing.
• Handle HR duties including hiring, orientation, and evaluations.
