Regional One Health is seeking an Administrative Operations Manager for East Imaging in Memphis, TN. The role oversees all administrative aspects of running the Imaging Center, coordinating with Radiology, and ensuring efficient, customer-focused clinic operations under contract with Regional One Health Imaging, LLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years healthcare experience, preferably outpatient diagnostic radiology.
• At least 1 year experience using EMR and preferably RIS.
• At least 5 years experience of proven management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops operational expertise in each role/function and assists each area in maintaining productivity and quality of service.
• Work with Radiologists to assure appropriate coverage of professional services and facilitate communication between staff, patients, physicians and clients.
• Meet quality and operational goals for the center (efficiency, productivity, cost).
• Maintain productive relationships with center customers through extraordinary service.
• Provide ongoing communication to management and staff regarding center performance, events, issues.
• Evaluate current processes and recommend changes to fulfill objectives.
• Provide business development plans and attend sales calls as needed by Marketing and Executive Manager.
• Interface with Medical Director and Radiology Director to ensure teamwork and efficient operations.
