Job summary

SHELBY COUNTY HEALTH CARE CORPORATION is seeking an Administrative Operations Manager for East Imaging. You will oversee administrative functions of the Imaging Center, partner with Radiology leadership, manage staff, budget, and drive efficient, patient-centered service in collaboration with Regional One Health Imaging, LLC.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and extensive healthcare and management experience, including EMR and RIS usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum 7 years healthcare experience, preferably in outpatient diagnostic radiology imaging.
• Experience using EMR and preferably RIS.
• At least 5 years proven management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops operational expertise in each role/function and assists each area in maintaining productivity and quality of service.
• Facilitates effective communication processes between staff, patients, physicians and other clients.
• Responsible for meeting the quality and operational goals (i.e., efficiency, productivity and cost) for the center.
• Maintains productive relationship with center’s customer base through delivery of extraordinary customer service.
• Provides ongoing and timely communication to management and staff regarding center performance, staff performance, event, issues, etc.
• Evaluates current processes and recommends changes within the center to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives.
• Provide recommendations regarding the plan for business development for the Center.
• Attends sales calls and lunch meetings as determined necessary by Marketing and the Executive Manager.

JOB SUMMARYAs the Administrative Operations Manager for East Imaging, you will be responsible for all of the administrative aspects of running the Imaging Center.
