Job summary

BayCare Health System in Bartow is seeking a capable Imaging Center Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality patient imaging outcomes. You will leverage staff and resources to deliver efficient services, plan and organize workflow, and mentor team members under leadership guidance.

Required credentials include ARRT, ARDMS, AMRIT or NMTCB imaging registries and BLS certification. A high school diploma with technical training or an associate degree is preferred; weekend

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent GED.
• Technical program completion or degree in imaging or related field.
• Licensure in ARRT, ARDMS, AMRIT or NMTCB with imaging registry.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day to day operations of the Imaging Center.
• Utilizes staff and supply resources to provide medical imaging services and quality patient outcomes.
• Plans, organizes and controls all aspects of daily operations; provides team coaching, counseling and mentoring under leadership.
