Job summary

BayCare Health System in Bartow is seeking a capable Imaging Center Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality patient imaging outcomes. You will leverage staff and resources to deliver efficient services, plan and organize workflow, and mentor team members under leadership guidance.

Required credentials include ARRT, ARDMS, AMRIT or NMTCB imaging registries and BLS certification. A high school diploma with technical training or an associate degree is preferred; weekend

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent GED.
• Technical program completion or degree in imaging or related field.
• Licensure in ARRT, ARDMS, AMRIT or NMTCB with imaging registry.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Assists in planning, organizing and controlling all aspects of daily operations. Provides team member coaching, counseling and mentoring under the guidance of leadership. Acts as an advocate and leader for continuous quality improvement activities and customer service. Ambassador for the mission, vision, and values of BayCare Health System.
