Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Medical Imaging Assistant to support technologists across MRI, CT, PET/CT and breast imaging. You will prepare exam rooms, escort patients, perform basic procedures and help coordinate care in a fast-paced imaging department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of experience as a Medical Imaging Assistant.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians, technologists and nursing staff with exams and procedures.
• Prepare exam rooms, stock supplies, and escort patients to exam rooms.
• Perform phlebotomies and IV insertions as needed.
• Digitize and upload images to PACS and maintain patient records.
