Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital is seeking an Advanced Imaging Assistant to support imaging staff in a fast-paced hospital setting. The role requires ensuring adherence to established policies within the imaging environment and delivering patient-centered care during night hours at the Royal Oak site.

The position emphasizes good interpersonal and communication skills, with required high school diploma and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience 2 years’ patient care experience. Preferred
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision the Advanced Imaging Assistant supports and assists the Technologist as needed following the established policies and procedures within the Imaging environment.
• Responsible for performing a wide range of duties as assigned by the Imaging department.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Today, the hospital is a 1,101-bed major academic and referral center with Level I adult trauma and Level II pediatric trauma designations.
