Job summary

Mercy Imaging Services is seeking an Imaging Assistant - Part time, DAYS. The successful candidate will provide direct patient care in line with Mercy standards, assist with supplies, stocking, equipment cleaning, and general imaging workflows.

Education starts with a high school diploma; certification like BLS is required or obtained within 30 days. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, and good communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensure: None.
• Experience: None.
• Certification/Registration: Current BLS certification or completed within 30 days of hire.
• Other: Capable of lifting, moving and transporting patients; standing and walking; emergency awareness; effective communication; basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in Imaging Services in line with Mercy standards and care protocols.
• Responsible for supplies, stocking, equipment cleaning and patient care as needed.
