Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Document Scanner Associate for an onsite role in Irving, TX. You will operate an IBML document scanner, prepare batches, and ensure quality and accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and prior scanning or production experience. The position pays $16.00 per hour on a W2, with standard onsite hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and a strong focus on accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous scanning/production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with batch requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate IBML scanner and process multiple jobs per schedule.
• Prepare documents, set up job profiles, batches and processing instructions.
• Load, monitor, and manage feeding, sorting and output during production.
• Perform quality checks and maintain batch counts and logs.
• Escalate issues to supervisor as needed and maintain a clean work area.
