As an Imaging Applications Support Analyst, you will support Radiologists, Technologists and end users in their daily Imaging and PACS applications. Duties include but may not be limited to PACS software support, patient image reconciliation, image moves and support of 3 rdparty Imaging applications.

This job is Remote.

· ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Demonstrates competency in the performance of job related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services.

· Support daily tasks within PACS for Radiologists, Technologists and end users.

· Application-level support includes PACS software, image workflow, patient image reconciliation and other imaging related activities.

· Knowledge of basic concepts of Dicom and IT is required.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

· Effective communication and documentation

· Projects as assigned by supervisor

· Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services while providing excellent customer service.

· Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment.

· Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• HS diploma required.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of application support in a corporate environment.
• Basic IT and Dicom knowledge.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and the public and be capable of establishing good working relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Must be proficient in computer skills and telephone etiquette.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
