Johnson & Johnson seeks a Principal Scientist in Imaging Analytics to join Interventional Oncology. You will lead the scientific application of medical imaging AI across early-phase oncology trials, turning CT/MRI/PET scans into evidence-based development decisions.

You will advance imaging-AI capabilities, develop quantitative imaging metrics, and collaborate with data science, clinical development, external partners, and CROs to accelerate model deployment and impact patient care.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years post-doctoral or industry AI/ML experience for medical imaging in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch with MONAI, SimpleITK, ITK, PyRadiomics, nnU-Net, 3D Slicer, OpenCV.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end AI applications on oncology trial imaging (CT, MRI, PET) for quantitative measures and AI endpoints.
• Collaborate to drive scientific innovation in imaging AI for oncology drug development, including segmentation and radiomics.
• Translate imaging findings into clear narratives for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide scientific leadership to external partners—vendors, CROs, labs—to accelerate model development and deployment.
• Publish and present innovations at MICCAI, AACR, RSNA, and similar venues.
