Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Radiology residency program.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Interventional Radiology residency or fellowship.
• Board certified or board eligible in Interventional Radiology (ABR or equivalent).
• Unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for one).
• Proficiency with a broad range of IR procedures in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of interventional radiology procedures including vascular and non-vascular interventions.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure evaluation and follow up, including rounds and consultations.
• Review imaging to plan procedures and determine patient candidacy.
• Serve as a consultant to ED, ICU, surgery, oncology, and hospital medicine.
• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
